Respect the dreamer
Respond to the story the person shared and the question they asked. Offer interpretations as possibilities: ‘I wonder whether…’ is welcome here. Do not insist that someone accept your reading or make a major life decision because of it.
Different faiths, cultures, identities, and approaches are welcome. Discuss ideas without attacking people. Harassment, threats, hate, targeted abuse, and impersonation are not allowed.
Keep the space suitable for a general audience
Members and guest contributors must be at least 18. Do not post explicit sexual material, graphic violence, exploitation, instructions for harm, or illegal content. A difficult dream can be described in non-graphic language. Do not identify private individuals or make allegations about them based on a dream.
Do not use interpretations to diagnose someone, establish supernatural claims about real people, predict harm, or pressure a person into medical, financial, relationship, or spiritual decisions. Share your own experience and acknowledge uncertainty.
Protect privacy and keep it genuine
Posts and replies are public and may be indexed by search engines. Leave out addresses, phone numbers, account details, identifying information about children, and private messages. Do not share someone else’s private information.
No spam, promotional link dumping, scams, fake accounts, or misleading staff identities. The site limits repeated submissions. Members use a public nickname; guest replies receive an automatic timestamped label and cannot use a custom name. Contribute in your own words. Guest replies are rate limited to reduce spam.
Help us look after the conversation
Use Report on a post, reply, or received private message to send a private concern to the owner. Private conversations must also follow these guidelines. Block unwanted private messages from within the conversation. A member report of a guest reply immediately hides that reply and preserves it in an owner-only archive pending review. The owner can keep it removed or restore it after review. Reports about member posts, member replies, and private messages are reviewed manually. Members can remove their own contributions, and the owner can hide content that breaks these guidelines.
